CHRISTMAS DREAM DINNER

This festive event started over two decades ago to provide a Christmas Dinner and time with others for both those who can’t afford to provide one themselves, or might be spending Christmas alone.

Guests enjoy live music, a visit from Santa, a full Christmas dinner with all of the trimmings and free giveaways. We are grateful to all those who give of their time to make this a special event for so many.

Many thanks to our partners and donors including Aurora Rotary Club, Aurora Minor Hockey Association, La Rocca Creative Cakes, The Shoebox Project, COBS Bread, Northridge Salvation Army Church, Dave Pilkey and the Band.

 

CHRISTMAS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Welcoming Arms, in partnership with the St. Vincent de Paul Society, provides special Christmas assistance to Bridging the Gap visitors (families and individuals). Gifts consist of grocery gift cards and stockings for the children. Providing our visitors with this gift package allows them the opportunity to shop with their families, selecting their own holiday groceries and gifts.

We are also grateful to the Aurora Minor Hockey Association for providing in-kind and financial assistance that goes directly to each of our visitors.
